Hospitality Traineeship

 BTEC Level 1 in Introduction to Hospitality & CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety. (including Personal Development / Team Building / Life Skills) 

  An 8 week Programme, incorporating classroom based training, alongside a 100 hours work experience opportunity with a guaranteed interview

This includes - 2 weeks of vocational training to attain a Level 1 in Introduction to the Hospitality Industry Covering:

Introduction to the Hospitality Industry Customer Service in the Hospitality Industry

Guest Services in the Hospitality Industry Housekeeping

Guest Services Front Office Operations

2 weeks of Hospitality led Numeracy & Literacy (functional skills) in preparation for the work environment.

 Life Skills, Social Skills, Personal Development, and Team Building

100 hours Work Experience, experiencing the job 1st hand with various employers in a variety of Hospitality industries.

Previous placements have included: The Midland, The Marriott, The Palace Hotel,  plus many more

Course Criteria: Age: 19-24 In receipt of Benefits – JSA / ESA / UC / Income support
