The Care Act: Carers' Rights in Law and in Practice

If you’re a professional who works with unwaged carers in health, social care & third sector services, join us to learn about carers’ rights under the Care Act on Carers Rights Day.

This is a great opportunity to learn about carers' rights, what their needs are, what this means in practice, how services can support carers better to meet statutory duties as well as what Salford Carers do to support unpaid carers of all ages.

The training is free and will be interactive to ensure improved learning for those who attend.

N.B. This is an event for professionals. We encourage nursing staff, doctors, consultants, allied health professionals and social workers to attend this event.

The event will be held at the Langworthy Cornerstone and tickets are limited, so book ASAP to reserve your place.
